Traded in our Ram 1500 ext cab for a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. Turns out this was a big mistake, been recall after recall on the hybrid system. The latest recall was, don't park near a structure and don't charge the battery due to fire hazard. Brought in to the dealership for the 5th time to do a software update, dealership says, here ya go. You should be fine now, NOT! Now, it doesn't charge all the way to 100%, and the when you drive it only goes about 20 miles on the hybrid selection. Jeeps fix is to not overload the battery so it doesn't catch fire. so now we have a vehicle that we purchased to use as a hybrid and really can't. I've called Stelantis multiple times and of course you can't get anywhere with them. Called dealership where we bought it and they don't want to deal with it so. Stelantis needs to buy these vehicles back and give us new good vehicles.
