1/2/26 Went to park my car in my driveway and almost drove through my garage door.
1/3/26 My husband got home in the morning from working nights, went to move my car to snow blow and found calipers, brake pads and clips in the snow (found a second caliper WITH the snowblower).
1/4/26 Had my 4xe towed to a local dealership because I left 2 messages with the closest JEEP DEALERSHIP and they wouldn't return my phone call. I called a 3rd time and the service tech hung up on me.
1/5/26-1/14/26 Went back and forth with the dealership I bought the car from, the extended warranty company and the repair shop in an attempt to get the repair covered since I never had any issues with my brakes up until this. The rear electronic emergency brake, rear calipers, pads and rotors all had to be replaced. Warranty company REFUSES to cover anything brake related. Finally, I was able to get some covered, a total of $749.69 is what they agreed to pay, however we already paid the bill since I needed a vehicle, so we'll see how reimbursement works.
