as the car warms in cycles and starts to act correctly it has just started getting cold in the morning sub 30's when i enter the car i notice the odometer is not lit. When I start the car the wipers are on and the instrument panel is dead. Additionally, the car is stuck in park. As the car warms it starts to cycle with the instrument panel flickering and the wipers stopping. Once that happens the car will come out of park.
During the warm up I checked and the following items worked correctly:
Radio/Clock Lights on the heater, air, and blower control Rear Defroster headlights tail lights Electric windows Electric locks
Items not working
Rear Wiper
Update from Jan 19, 2016: As the weather continues to get colder the problem is taking longer to correct. I had the battery tested as well as the starting system and both passed. Now I am looking at the TIPM and if it need some type of insulation against the cold
