I bought this brand new Renegade and paid for the Simonize. The Jeep was never washed first. Back door was not even touched. Adhesive in several places. Front hood had greasy fingerprints, there were bugs left on grill. I rubbed my hand along the top track for film and encountered a razor blade stuck in the track. Climbed up to check the roof. There was a dull scrubbed spot about 2inches wide. Like abrasive, not shiny. Asked to have this polished out.
The sales man, who's not there anymore, apologized and said his nephew was new and he would talk to him about doing a better job. They picked it up and said they would redo. It was 60% better when it was returned.
