This seemed unbelievable to me for a safety recall that Chrysler indicates could result in a fire under my vehicle. I called another dealer to confirm and was told the same story. Obviously I am not filing this complaint as a result of an accident, injury, or death. I would hope my complaint could spur some type of action on Chrysler's part before any catastrophe occurs.

The consumer stated he called the dealer on January 16, 2014 to schedule an appointment for February 7, 2014, with a drop of time of between 7:00 am and 8:00 am. The dealer informed the consumer, they would repair the recall item, and then identify the needed part for the windshield wiper electronic repair. After the part for the windshield wiper was identified, the consumer was informed an appointment would have to be made to work on the wipers. The dealer informed the consumer, they would have to keep his vehicle longer, to perform the recall, due to being under staffed.
