UAQ Radio Enhancements
This bulletin involves inspecting and if required, updating the radio software level to 28.3. Customers may experience one or more of the following:Radio will continuous reset with the Jeep splash screen. App icons at the bottom of the display freezes, touch screen will not respond. Radio may reset, turn off and then back on. Audio distortion heard during phone calls and CarPlay®. Rear View Camera (RVC) display screen turns blue or green.
Off Road App is missing. In addition, the following enhancements are included in this update:Bluetooth® improvements. Voice Recognition (VR) improvements.
