I bought this 2012 Kia brand new in 2011 well, a few months ago, we took it in for and oil change and it was making a loud noises in the engine, they fix it. Also a part feel of the vehicle which secures the side door they orders the part and we had to keep calling then to see if they got the part in finally they did I talk to them about the lights not turning off after we turn off the vehicle and has ran the battery down several times and I had to replace the battery they check it out and could not determine what the problem they had to call someone. They said they would get back to us four months ago no response so I took the vehicle in today to get and oil change [xxx]. said he can"T help me the warranty is out and pretty much just get over it, call their crop office well [xxx]. just grab a business card and gave it to me with a grin on his face like yea good luck with that one.person I spoke to ask me a few questions and then hung up I called back talk to someone who said give me a few days to research the problem [xxx] told me they will check out the lights in which they did I assume. Went to pay for the oil change no mention anything about the light problem so I asked the status of the light problem. [xxx]. said it was an ?electrical problem? and they need someone to authorize him to fix it.I asked won?T Kia authorize them to fix it he said no we had to so I asked him if we authorize it that means we had to pay for it right." He stated yes. I be responsible for the bill right he stated I would have to pay them a minimum of $150 for the labor before they put it back together or give me my van back. We ask him is there a chance it could catch on fire or anything he stated no but it is an electoral problem that is a that was there before we bought it's not something we did or cause he agree.
