The levers you pull to disengage then lock to move the 2nd row captains chairs are plastic, but the mechanism itself seems to be broken. We have to let the seat back up as if someone is getting out of the 3rd row to trick the system so we can move the seat. Dealer wants $170 diagnostic fee (which does NOT go towards the repair) to tell me what I already know and have described.
