The day I purchased this car from Galeano Kia, in April 2011, the interior insulation began to melt to a tarlike substance. Each time I took it to Galeana they indicated that this year model was having this problem and all we could do is continue to clean it up. I have ruined so many of my coats, shoes and clothes climbing in and out of the vehicle that I have decided I should have reported this some time ago. If anyone knows what I should do to correct the problem, please let me know. I would like to sell or trade the vehicle but my credit nor budget will allow it.
