Brakes are not covered under warranty and I only have 15,116 miles on my car. I don't drive my car out of state, mostly in city driving. Why would brakes go out at that range of miles when other vehicles have 50-60-70,000 miles and never had to replace them?
I am upset that this is not covered under warranty and when I called Kia they wouldn't stand behind it at all. It's a maintenance issue. Well, I don't think so. I understand tires as a maintenance, but not brakes. Brakes should not be worn out at 15,000 miles. I had other cars where I never replaced the brakes. This is just very annoying to me that a 2018 vehicle would need brakes.
I wouldn't buy another Kia if someone gave me one. I had a Ford Edge before my Kia and I wish I would have stayed with the Ford brand.
