Some 2020 Aviator vehicles built on or before 01-Aug-2019 may exhibit an inaccurate number of available radio station presets and/or preset pages may be inaccurate in the front display interface module (FDIM). This may be due to the software in the accessory protocol interface module (APIM) SYNC module. To correct the condition, download and run the APIM Configuration application in the Ford Diagnostic and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. If asked if the original module is still installed, answer NO. The SYNC 3 universal thumb drive should not be used to correct this condition.
