Rear differential broke for unknown reason.
There was a recall on earlier Corsairs about lack of fluid in the rear differential. Not sure what the cause is here.
Today starts the 3rd week the car has been at the dealership it was towed to.
The dealership said they could not find the part and Lincoln Concierge found the part and had it shipped to the dealership.
The dealership has had the part for a week and still has not started the repair (replacement).
The dealership will not give me a loaner nor will they give me a day when the repairs will be started.
