The contact owns a 2006 Lincoln Ls. While driving approximately 45 mph, the driver side air bag suddenly deployed. The contact sustained arm injuries. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer but the cause of failure could not be determined. The contact called the manufacturer who offered no assistance. The vehicle had not been repaired. The VIN was unavailable. The current and failure mileages were approximately 67,000. Updated 12/10/10.
