This should not occur at all, but especially not at such a low mileage. Ford Motor says it would be unexpected, but refused to back the product. Bought from a Ford dealer, which was considered the same as if I had bought it from a private party. That leads me to believe no advantage to either buying a Ford product or from a Ford dealer.
