Front bumper trim fell off while driving on highway! We had to serve while going 65 miles per hour on a highway. For NO REASON. There was no indication of a hazard. We immediately let sales person at the Mercedes Benz dealership know. We then reported 2 more times. The only response was a phone number to order a new front bumper trim!? No inspection no concern about this hazardous situation. No warn no messages the car was 1 week old.

New 2020 Glb250 with 800 miles of highway driving. While on the highway driving at 75-80mph, the front fender flare (driver side) partially detached itself. This is the black piece of plastic trim around the outside of the wheel well. The front half of the flare piece was detached and flying in the wind, while the rear half remained attached. After stopping it was possible to reattach the piece and temporarily fix with duct tape, but would have been dangerous if it had fallen off. Picture of the temporary repair is attached.
