From a cold start, the first time you try to accelerate in drive there is no throttle response for 2-3 seconds. This includes full throttle. After that, all is normal.

This car has had this problem since new. It's been in the shop 6 times. The dealer has replaced several sensors and the wiring harness, but the power loss persists. The car has been in the shop for more than a month in the 11 months I've owned it, and the dealer has put more than 1000 km. on the vehicle. It has done this while merging into a highway, resulting in major safety concerns. At this point Nissan seems to be dragging their feet. If they can't fix it, they should replace the vehicle, or refund my money.
