I am totally frustrated with customer service from Stouffville Nissan in Ontario Canada - please don't ever buy any vehicle from this dealership unless you want to have headache dealing with them. I have a 2018 and 2019 Nissan Leaf and bought it new from that dealership. I complain about the backing camera not working intermittently and when I came there to let them check, the system was down because of pandemic and I wasn't able to follow up with them while it is under warranty still.
A year after, my camera doesn't work anymore when you put in reverse, but works when you put in drive or park. Currently I have 85,000 km on my 2019 warranty but that only covers 3 years or 80,000 below. I was turned down because it's over the warranty knowing that there is a bulletin recall in the states and Canada that's happening on both of my 2018 and 2019. Unfortunately both of my vin numbers are not included in the recall but experience the same problem. And they never even take time to look at it, that the complain was first made when it was still under warranty. Instead they have ask me why did I not go to other dealership. What a service?!
