Contacts stated when hitting a bump in the highway the rear of the vehicle will go to the right. The steering wheel itself is 15 degrees to the right. The vehicles rear wheel on driver's side will point toward the passenger's side of the vehicle. This problem occurs when the roads conditions are with snow or ice. There is no prior warning. There is a noise when applying the front brakes. He contacted the dealer. However, they offered no free remedy.
