The contact owns a 2007 Nissan Murano. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the check engine and ABS warning lights illuminated, and the vehicle suddenly lost motive power and would not properly accelerate while depressing the accelerator pedal. The vehicle was taken to the local service center who diagnosed that the fuel sensor intake valve was faulty. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer and local dealer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 156,000.
