This happens every single day. Every time I go over any sort of bump, even an extremely minor one, the moonroof makes a terribly annoying sound of metal on metal. If I push up where the moonroof meets the fixed glass roof, the sound goes away. I took it in to see Barrie Nissan and they "fixed cross member on sun roof. Applied felt tape to increase space between metal contact points, rattle gone. That's exactly what the work order said...they put felt in between. Well, after about 2 days of cold weather, the felt came apart and it makes the same rattle. Time to take it back to Nissan to fix by adding some felt.
There are so many issues with this car. I miss my old Honda Element.
