I travel a lot for treatments - so GPS is essential for these travels as I don't know how to navigate the city. I work in Troy Missouri and my treatments are every day after work in St. Louis which is an hour and a half away. It's required that I have my phone plugged into the USB under the dash for the GPS to work on the screen. I typically listen to music/audiobooks/textbooks from school on these trips. I'm unable to keep up with these things when the audio is constantly skipping out.

I have reset the settings in the car, I have reset the settings in my phone, I have tried it on other phones, I have tried different cords. I have used the audio via Bluetooth and it works fine. So I know that it's not the audio that's messing up. It's either the port (which has had nothing abnormal happen to it), the connection, or the application. I have submitted a complaint with them as well. & I know I'm not the only person having this issue because I'm seeing complaints all over the internet when trying to find answers.

The really frustrating part is that there is no other app compatible with the vehicle. I am required to use android auto. Which is causing so many issues. I need this to be fixed.
