bought this truck in February traded my wrangler in on it. started having issues with the radio dropping signal and fading out then my screen froze sent my heater into overdrive could turn down the fan but couldn't do anything with the temp. just had it into the dealer that morning to check issues with the radio then took it back dropped it off and they called me the next day and said I could pick it up they were replacing the unit. dealer tried to tell me it would take over a month and a half to get a new one so I called Chrysler and complained and got it in less than a week. needless to say they replaced it and on my way home done the same thing. so I called the dealer and complained had it in now 2 times to be fixed and they have no clue they forwarded it on to engineering to try. im so over this they did updates yesterday now my phone wont pair with my uconnect. this is my first ram and probably my last if they don't figure it out.

Ram and dealer service have no clue how deal with customers or fix their problems.

This new truck has been in the shop 3 times in the 4 weeks I have owned it. The techs do not know know how to diagnose the problem and Dodge is not supportive. Wasted at least 6 hours of my time getting to and from service and waiting for service. If I had wanted to buy unknown problems I would have bought used. Dealer now has an idea how to fix, playing the guessing game, replacing system parts, pulling fuses to determine which parts of the system stop. Dealer had no clue regarding the features of the truck. Now waiting for parts again for the fourth visit to the dealer to solve this problem.

In short, quality is poor, service is poor. Had far superior quality and service on a Subaru that was nearly half the cost and was used. Truck of the year, obviously the after service is not taken into account. This is my 3rd Ram and will be the last.

I brought my new vehicle into the dealership. They promply hooked up the computer and found no fault.

The dealership called Chrysler. Chrysler stated they know of the problem and will have a software solution sometime in the second quarter. This could mean April or ... June.

I bought the vehicle new and 30 days later, The GPS and its integrated programs don't work. When in my driveway, my GPS states I am in the middle of Lake Erie in Canadian Waters. Seems a shame that Chrysler would sell me a truck it knew I would have problems with.

Uconnect would not allow registration of the head unit from day one. After a factor reset at the dealer it still does not work and they will not replace the head unit with one from another vehicle. The head unit is on back order and Chrysler will not provide a time frame for availability of this part. It could be months. This is BS!

The GPS/ RADIO/Uconnect hasn't worked properly from new. I took the vehicle in to Sherwood Dodge for warranty and was told they can't find the fault. I no sooner picked up the truck wasn't even off the lot and the unit blacked out its still not repaired. The service department is very poor from the management down. Trying to keep their claims down to impress CHYSLER I guess. Very unprofessional customer care! I have dealt there several times in the past always the same story with that dealership.

The GPS and Uconnect system did not work when we drove it off the dealer's lot. The salesman assured us the technician would be there during normal business hours the next day to put in the code to make it work. We were stupid enough to believe him. Anyway they cannot fix it and cannot tell us when they can get the part. Chrysler will not tell the dealer when they will have the part. Is it going to be months?? We purchased a new truck for the GPS system and UConnect. This is why we purchased this truck instead of ar Tundra for these electronic gadgets. The truck is just sitting in the garage. I have told the dealer to take the GPS?RADIO out of another truck to replace ours. They won't. They lied to us to get us to buy this defective truck. It is people like this that give car dealers and Dodge Rams a bad name. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. and I am thinking about picketing the dealer with a sign saying DEFECTIVE 2013 TRUCKS.
