I now have the Hemi Tick, but different than those already in this forum but a problem for many on other forums. Mine is an exhaust leak from the manifold due to manifold swelling and shrinking due to excessive heat. This swelling and shrinking has warped the manifold and broken at least one manifold bolt. Reportedly, many times the broken bolt has to be drilled out because the bolt shaft is down inside the engine block. Repair pricing is around $750 per side unless they need more time to drill out any broken bolts. Per a Mopar service rep..."this happens to ALL hemi engines eventually." Apparently, there is no rhyme or reason of the timing of the bolt/manifold failure. Mine happened around 43,500 miles. Some way sooner, some way after. It is guaranteed if one side goes, the other is soon to follow. Per my research, this has been going on since the early 2000s.
