Unsure to what's causing the issue, dealership will look at it but feel it is a customer issue not a truck issue however among further investigation this seems to be a common issue amongst these model trucks, I have spoken with other people who have experience the same issues as well as researched it online where many people have also experienced the issue. The seatbelt light alongside the airbag light will come on intermently saying that the passenger side seat belt is unbuckled and it is in fact not. I have spoken with individuals who have gone to the dealership for this issue and they have found it to be a wiring issue.

Seat are stitching are coming off vehicle. Reddit and a lot of Ram groups have state concern do this. Manifold bolts break ad tend to melt because of truck heat.

The Driver's seatback broke last year and now has broken a 2nd time. The vehicle has never been in an accident and has never been used off-road. I have contacted the dealer in the matter and they have dismissed my concerns this first seat broke at a weld and the 2nd seat has the same symptoms less than a year later.

I had noticed that the rear window on the drivers side would leak a small dribble of water after a car wash or a heavy rain. The vehicle was not moving at the time of discovery. I took my truck into meador cdjr in fort worth tx and they removed and replaced the rear seat and rear window. They installed a new window seal and replaced the rear seat. They covered this as a warranty item with no charge to me.

Rear window plastic cracked/leaking when raining or going through a car wash. Dealer fixed 3rd brake light and resealed antenna but window still leaking headliner and seats get soaking wet I have a video of this happening but it won't let me upload

The contact owns a 2019 Ram 1500. The contact stated the middle seat of the vehicle was not equipped with an automatic locking retractor, leaving a seated child vulnerable to injuries in the event of a crash involving either the driver's side or passenger's side of the vehicle. The contact was concerned that whether the child was seated in the driver's side or passenger's side rear seat of the vehicle, that the child was most vulnerable to sustain injuries in the event of a crash. The contact called the breeden Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealer located at 5900 highway 71 S, fort smith, ar 72908, (479) 646-4731, and was provided a printout from the website, showing that the vehicle was as designed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 1,000.

Since buying this truck (2019 Ram 1500) purchase date 02/09/2019 my airbag light comes on I immediately took it back to the dealership napleton Chrysler Jeep dealership (855)517-8371 they kept my vehicle 3 week after I was told parts will be in 2-3 business days! then 5 days later I was I was told parts are on back order without giving me a replacement vehicle. The service tech (eric) never calls me back I have to keep going back in forth trying to get a status up date on my vehicle.brand new truck and no parts for it nor does can the mechanic find out how to fix it !!!he said the mechanic can't found the problem. I also complained about a seat memory issue that says need servicing continues coming on saying needs servicing. No action was ever taken to repair the pissue. I spoke with the service manager about these issue he assured me that he will work closely with me and service tech to fix the issues it never happen it was just to stop me from complaining about the service I have been receiving and it has been 3 months 10/06/2019 since I last talk to the service manager. I been driving around with a airbag issue which is a safety issue suppose I get into a accident what will happen if the airbag doe's not deploy. I have other issue the Navigator issues the breaks sweaks radio buzz and when back up there nothing behind me and the car stops really hard and flashing warning light red jerking my neck really hard
