I get a message that states Service air ride suspension immediately. After reading several ram forms it seems this is a big problem with these trucks. My airbags are completely inflated. I have not taken to the dealer because most of the forms I read says ram is aware of the problem but hasn't issued a recall.
The contact owns a 2018 Ram 2500. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the air bag warning light remained illuminated, and the message "Service Air Bag" was displayed. When I am driving I will randomly get a warning "service airbag system" and then it will turn off randomly. After doing some research and speaking to a dealership this is a known issues with the wiring under the seat. The dealer didn't know if the airbags would still work when the warning was present.
This vehicle was involved in a front end collision at speeds greater than 35 mph. The passenger front seatbelt did not lock and the air bags did not deploy.
