The contact owns a 2018 Ram 2500. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V896000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was made aware of the issue and confirmed that parts were not yet available. The contact stated that recently, the ABS, Traction Control, and Tire Sensor warning lights became illuminated. The contact stated that upon checking the tire pressure through the onboard computer, the feature was disabled. In addition, the contact stated that the cruise control was also disabled and the "Park Sensor Disabled" and "Service Electronic Braking System" messages were displayed on the instrument panel. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 89,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
