As of today 8-11-15, Truck has been down going on 2 months, was told today it was the "WIRING".

1st time this problem happen was 11-5-14 the Dodge dealership said it was a bad Battery that needed to be replaced. Dodge replaced just the 1 battery.(Was told by an Auto Zone Associate) that if the vehicle is a Diesel, that both batteries should be replaced at the same time, because the vehicle will draw from the Stronger battery causing it to drain. Was hoping this was the problem, even though I was upset. The dealership service department for Dodge should have known this. "A BAD BATTERY WAS NOT THE PROBLEM" had to pay $137.97 to have Multi-Point Inspection, I was told that there was a short in the Mirror and I needed to replace outside rear view mirror $697.52. Bought the Truck home thinking it was fixed.

NEXT MORNING the Batteries are drained and Truck won't crank. Had truck Bought back to dealership. Was told that they could run a draw test for $75.00, But I needed to buy 2 more NEW Batteries ($434.00) in order to finish the Test. After replacing the 2 batteries, test showed a drawing from the Wiring. NOW in order to find the "problem" in the wiring it will cost $120 an hour to check each and every wire in the vehicle in HOPES of finding the this SO CALLED "PROBLEM..!!!!

This is just 1 of the many "PROBLEMS'. I have many more to add. I AM NOW OUT OF BUSINESS, I HAVE NO CHOICE!! DUE TO THE COST AND LOSSES OF TRYING TO KEEP A NEW 2013 DODGE TRUCK RUNNING.

Was told it was unusual for a battery to be replaced so soon, and was told to check the truck and make sure nothing was being left on causing the battery to drain

no solution, battery has been replaced over and over
