Front seatbelts are hard to pull when putting them on. This is only applies to the front seatbelts. The back seatbelt are perfect. The 2020 Crosstrek in the showroom is perfect. I would estimate that the belts are 3 times harder to pull and to put on than the back seats and the 2020
Crosstrek.
To fix the situation, they should change to a new, easier set of seat belts. They could move the back belts to the front if they fit. Or replace the belts with a 2020 Crosstrek belt.
Problem is, the Local dealer can not assure a new 2019 belt would be any better. (They state that the belts have to be ordered in conjunction with the VIN #). The local dealer may not be able to talk to the belt supplier. The Dealer service department only said they could give it a try.
Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do??
