A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

We purchased a 2015 Legacy last October (2015). We are very dissatisfied with the way it rides. It is very bumpy and bouncy. Even on decent roads it is not a comfortable ride. The car also sways side to side over bumps but mainly when we make turns. The windows rattle when we close the doors and when they are wet and we roll them down and up again and water is still there.

We have addressed these problems with dealer 2 times. We had mechanic take a ride with us and he said everything seemed normal.

IT IS NOT NORMAL. WE CAN'T EVEN PUT OUR HEAD ON THE HEADREST WITHOUT BOUNCING ALL OVER THE PLACE. WE ARE RETIRED AND HAVE BACK AND NECK PROBLEMS. I DO NOT WANT TO BE DOCTORING ANYMORE THAN I HAVE TO DUE TO THIS CAR PROBLEM. WE ARE NOT CAR EXPERTS JUST CUSTOMERS WANTING A GREAT CAR AND FOR THE MONEY WE SPENT, IT IS FAR FROM THAT.

Seems to us it could be the shocks or struts but again we are not mechanics. The dealership called after each time we took car in but we only called after second time. The service manager called to see if we were completely satisfied and as I said before, we are not. When I spoke to mechanic and told him we are not happy he offered no solution but finally gave us a number to call.

I found this site and decided to try it first to see if this will get us help. We want this car fixed and the sooner the better.

Thank you. We await a solution. G/W

This vehicle rides very rough, to which the dealership said "is normal" for all-wheel drive. While the driver's experience is just fine, anyone else in the car gets thrown about excessively. Even smooth roads become bumpy. And bumpy roads feel like 4-wheeling.
