I have had this problem since 2015 and have tried to work with 4 dealers and toyota corporate without success. The light colored seats get stained depending on the color of clothing I am wearing, which is often blue jeans. They pretty much insist that I did something to the seats because no one else has reported a similar issue. I have tried to find SOMETHING to clean it, also without much luck. After a while, the color started wearing off. So now I am hoping to find someone who can recolor the seats. I am certain people have reported this problem but the dealerships and toyota have simply ignored it. Worst thing is, my latest conversation with toyota corporate indicated they couldnt do anything now because it is out of warranty! This and one other issue have made me decide no more Toyotas for me even though I have owned and driven then since 1972.
Light beige leather interior, the color is coming off on the edges of the seats and the top back of the seat, it appears the dye process for the color is inferior. Very disappointing for an expensive car like this.
