I noticed the markings on the windows during the summer when it was hot out. I told the dealer about the problem when I took the car in for service, but was told that there was nothing they could do. I would need to continually clean the window to remove the black marks. I've never had a car that left marks on the windows when you rolled them down. Seems like Toyota would be able to fix. When passengers are in the car, it's embarrassing to have windows look the way these do.
