Wow. Had my 2011 camry xle 4cyl. in for service at a toyota dealer and had the car washed there before I left. Apparently there was a small scratch in the chrome above the license plate right where the license plate lights are and also where your hand might be when lifting the trunk and often with keys in our hands that could make a scratch in the chrome. This is fake chrome with thin coating that will bubble up if high pressure water gets in the crack. Give me a break. This car is not even two years old with 12,000 miles on it and it cost over $30,000. This is something I shouldn't have to worry about, but because of cost cutting that often compromises quality now I have an eye sore. Bubbled up fake chrome!
