I started having this problem in 2016 and it was only when temperatures got below 30f or so. The VSC, ABS, and Road Slippery lights all came on, and upon testing the ABS by stomping on the brakes, it was apparent that the ABS was not functioning and the brakes would lock up. It has gotten progressively worse over the last 3 years, to where it now comes on at temperatures below 50f. I have not taken it to a shop yet because the problem is so intermittent, I will wait until it is a consistent problem so they can easily diagnose it.
Update from Sep 11, 2022: Update - I used a scan tool to find that the front right wheel speed sensor was not functioning. I bought a Chinese replacement on Amazon for $10 and have put an additional 100k miles on the car since then with no issues. Speed sensor was plug and play, took about 10 minutes.
