Toyota fixed spiral cable recall, now the horn doesn't work! I hate mechanics, they screw up more than they fix. This is why I fix my own cars!

Freeways in California sometimes are hard to drive, because some people are so aggressive, especially when they are driving a big trucks, one of those days I notice the horn is dead, I can not believe it! you can go to any Pick & Part and if you connect any battery to any piece of junk I'm sure ... the horn will work...
