Chime went on after leaving the driveway and with nobody in the seat. When I sat in the seat the buckle was engaged and the chime kept going for a half a mile. Dealer stated the famous line - If it didn't show an error code then nothing could be done about it.
Had other high engine revs and quirky stuff going on so the dealer just decided to replace the belt with the switch. After that the other problems randomly disappeared.
