Oil was leaking from front timing cover. I would not have known about this problem if I didn't show up at the Toyota dealership for a headlight issue. Otherwise, it could have been leaking for years and could have gotten worse over time.
I consulted another certified mechanic and he said that this is actually a common problem with this car.
Update from Mar 6, 2021: The Problem was fixed at dealership. Updated Mar. 6, 2021(Problem was fixed prior to this date.)
