The first time I turned on the air in my brand new Toyota Prius C it emitted this nasty chemical smell that irritated my eyes, throat and lungs. I took the car into the dealership immediately and complained about it and they recommended spraying Lysol into the air vents. I told them that, that wouldn't remove the smell it would only mask it. They did it anyway. The result: I could still smell the nasty chemical smell, even over the nasty Lysol smell! To compound the issue, the way Toyota Prius C's are designed aerodynamically you can't drive around with the windows down for ventilation otherwise your ears are bombarded by an obnoxious thrumming vibration! The fix was that I learned to live without using the air conditioner or the heat in my brand new $27,000 Toyota Prius C! Thanks Toyota! You F*ckers!
