I was driving grandson's home in complete darkness when both headlights went off. They were on high beam. I pulled the car over, stopped it and turned it off. When I turned it on, they did not go on. However, I found out that if I held the switch up as though I were turning on the high beams, the lights would work in high beam mode. So I drove home holding the switch up and began looking to see if anyone else had this problem.
