This is a very intense sound, tuned and sounds like a french horn. This happens with colder weather, without brakes applied and even when not turning.
I've left the car twice in my local Toyota representative. The second time, I left it to stay overnight, so they could hear the sound in the morning. Both times, the sound did not reproduce in their hands and the car was returned unfixed, which is why I still don't know what it is.
I have a sound recording.
