The paint is bubbling and peeling off of my blue crush metallic blue color paint everywhere. It's really bad on the roof - it's all bubbling, every door jam is peeling and pulling in the corners. It just flakes off and it is even peeling under the hood. It's down to the primer in many areas. I took the car to Toyota and was advised only the Pearl White cars have been recalled due to this issue - not the Blue one. Blue cars don't matter, only white cars.

Since it's a 2015 with only 22K miles it's no longer under warranty. I was quoted 10K for Toyota to repaint it I then contacted another body shop (a friend) and was advised they have seen this issue and the whole car has to be stripped and then repainted and it costs approx. 5K. I am so upset!

drive side rear door paint finishing is very poor and bumpy

this problem I found about a year later when I washed the car myself. Before car wash was done at local car wash so I did not know the painting job that bad. I'm really angry now.

Customer Service both at the local and national is non-existent. Calls are not returned when promised or ever. They claim that the bubbling all over the car is from bird droppings. I have owned multiple numbers of other cars in my life time and this has never happened to any other car. Are you suppose to get an umbrella that covers the car so no bird would think of dumping on your car. They claim that this may not be covered under the warranty but I can't see why not. Don't you think when you spend thousands of dollars for a car, the finish on it should last move than a year.

I will never purchase another Toyota again or would I recommend it to anyone who as why does your car look like that?
