How stupid of Toyota to use an organic material to wrap the wiring harness

Had wire damage, air intake duct destroyed, both rear wheel speed sensors had to be replaced, and the blower motor and cabin filter destroyed. Fire wall insulation was destroyed. Under hood insulation was destroyed.
