As a result, the contact rear-ended the vehicle in front, which was?unoccupied due to the attempt of a?turtle removal from the roadway. The contact mentioned that?the seat belt did not retract during the impact. No air bags deployed.? The vehicle was towed to Copart Collision Center pending the?insurance company's inspection of the vehicle. The contact stated that she sustained a?head injury that required medical attention. I received from Toyota USA via USPS a "Safety Recall Notice" regarding my 2022 RAV4 hybrid. Both the local Toyota dealer and Toyota Brand Engagement Center told me there is no recall on my vehicle. Neither could tell me why I received the notice. When I searched NHTSA recall database for Recall No. 22V-519, it referenced an unrelated fire hazard on HYundai and Kia vehicles. Attached please find the notice and its envelope. Sending false information like this creates a perception of danger, when perhaps none exists
