The AC stopped working in the winter but it was noticed until summer. Because the AC was not working in the winter, it caused mold on the cabin filter leading to a bad moldy smell.

Brought the vehicle in twice to the dealer to fix the issue.

The first time - they didn't want to root cause since this could keep the car overnight and they did not have a loaner.

Second time - Received the car the same day.
