Supra is a good, fast car. In 2008 this car began to smell like something was burning/smoke was coming out of the car. It was a hot summer day, so we pulled over. We opened the hood and it was burning hot, and smoke was just coming out of the car as if it almost caught on fire. Called, had it towed, got the head gasket fixed (extremely expensive for such an old car) the car is OK now but it may have a recurirng problem
