I took my Tacoma in to get the frame replaced. Unknown to me, they never replaced the frame, but replaced the spare tire rack assembly. I never looked at the receipt. They had my truck for two weeks. Now the frame is so badly rusted it will not pass inspection. I want Toyota to take accountability for this and replace the frame.

I get it, the warranty runs out, but I brought in when I was supposed to, and trusted the dealer to do what he was supposed to. The dealer was shady and did the least he had to. I’m sick of the sloppy, service, and inept dealings with the dealer. btw that dealer is not in business anymore) Toyota needs to take accountability and I want them to do so.
