Air bag light on dash would initially show air bag off when my 120lb daughter in passenger seat. Turning the truck off, then on again seemed to fix it. But, when I subsequently turned off the truck and she got out, when I turned it back on again the "no seatbelt" light and beeper would go off. Only way to "fix" it was to plug in the seat belt.
October 2011 - Dealership said "weight classification is not accurate" then "performed zero point calibration and sensitivity check". Lasted until December 2011 then started doing the same thing.
January 2012 - Dealership said that the frame on the passenger seat was bent therefore it was affecting the electrical system. Passenger seat was replaced and there's been no problems in the four months since then.
