I asked them to address these issues during the warranty repairs. there solution was the noise was from the rear springs which did address one of the loud clunks in the rear of the truck(they replaced them) but the bed still sounds like it is falling off the truck. (oh the first time at 500 mile first oil change I complained of it and the tech said it was the spare tire chain making noise and he used cable ties to make it snug against the tire.
when he showed me, I asked him if I get a flat I now need to crawl under the truck and make sure I keep side cutters in the vehicle so I can lower the spare, he said that would be correct.-wow!!!
