I've found that on this Tacoma Hybrid Limited, that the brakes tend to be grabby at times. They also present inconsistencies with the force needed to stop under exact same scenarios. Now this is my 2nd Tacoma Hybrid Limited, and so I've learned to accept and deal with the issue better than if never had the experience. But I also notice that the brakes are really grabby at times, like they grab tightly and you can almost hear them. Reminds me of if you have a really squeaky clean surface, that kind of a sound, but not squeaky. It is almost like a metallic sound, like the brake hitting the rotor making a metallic sound but it can't be because it's brand new. Hard to describe. But they are grabby when you hear that, not just simply coasting and allowing you to slow down to a stop, they grab. Happens at very low speeds, like 1 or 2 mph. Might have something to do with the fact the hybrid braking is involved.
