Very expensive problem. Known issue. Toyota should be covering the problem under a recall. Every dealer and private garage I talk to tells me where the problem is before they look at it. Very common issue.
Toyota has a design flaw. However as specified in tech tip T-TT-0183-12. Ie: investigating the rack leakage issue on the 09 - 12 trucks. It happens on BOTH lifted and stock vehicles (per the release)…
Come on Toyota.
RIDICULOUS!!!
