Check engine and 4wd low lights flashing and sudden loss of power. Took my 2011 4.6 v8 Tundra in to mechanic shop and was told I had 2 air pump and valve assembly's failed. Had to remove and replace both of them at the cost of $2700. Since then I have noticed several exact same complaints online and realized that there was a recall for this exact problem, but only for the 2007-2010 models. Considering the premium price we have all paid for these Tundras I would expect TOYOTA to include the 2011 models since they are the same generation as the 2007-2010 models! And not join ranks with their competitors and IGNORE THE OBVIOUS!

Which will affect the better reputation that they have built over the years. Being that I currently own 3 different Toyota models I really hope they do the right thing and reimburse us for THEIR faulty air pump and valve assembly's or my next purchase WONT BE A TOYOTA.
